Doman Lumber is seeking a motivated entry level Inside Sales Representative to support our growing customer base in the lumber and building materials industry. This role combines sales development, customer relationship management, and order coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both closing business and managing the operational details that ensure excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Development
- Prospect and develop new customers, including lumber yards and professional contractor accounts
- Prepare quotes and sell lumber and related building materials
- Follow up consistently with customers to close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent service and communication
Order Entry & Operations
- Enter quotes and orders accurately into the company ERP system
- Create, manage, and track customer orders from entry through delivery
- Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams to schedule and confirm deliveries
- Verify pricing, quantities, and invoices to ensure accuracy
- Resolve order issues quickly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
