Position Title: General Camp Staff

Location: Pocono Valley – Pocono Mountains, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist campers during golf instruction and practice.
• Help set up and break down the range daily.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating sports and recreational activities (e.g., soccer, kickball, relay games, etc.)
• Assist with setup and supervision of aquatic inflatables and other waterfront activities.
• Ensure equipment is properly used, maintained, and returned, and safety guidelines are followed.
• Promote good sportsmanship and inclusive participation.
• Contribute to daily cleanup and area maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Enjoys working outdoors in a physically active environment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and respond calmly in dynamic situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and pool chemicals.
• Standing, walking, and swimming for extended periods.
• Ability to lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
