The OpportunityYou will serve as a critical project leader, driving the successful execution of large-scale commercial electrical and control projects ranging from $500K to over $15M. This role allows you to manage complex financial and technical workflows while ensuring high-quality delivery for a company that values professional accountability. You will have the autonomy to manage project lifecycles from procurement to completion with the support of a team that fosters long-term career growth. How You Will Make an ImpactDirect all phases of commercial electrical projects to ensure high-quality delivery within established scopes. Analyze detailed drawings, specifications, and submittals to maintain strict project accuracy. Coordinate complex communications between clients, design teams, and field crews to maintain project alignment. Execute the procurement process by finalizing costs and drafting commitments to suppliers and subcontractors. Develop and track comprehensive project schedules and budgets to maintain strict profitability standards. Manage project financials and documentation within the Procore platform to ensure total transparency. Formulate and present change orders and RFIs to project shareholders using advanced estimating software.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 2-5 years of project management experience specifically within commercial electrical construction. Proven proficiency in using Procore project management software for field and financial tracking. Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and current NEC requirements. Strong ability to read and interpret complex project plans, specifications, and architectural drawings. Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and schedules for high-value commercial installations.
Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceProficiency in specialized industry software such as Conest Intellibid and Bluebeam. Experience in lead-role coordination for projects exceeding $10M in scope. Advanced skills in drafting AIA billing documents and schedules of values.
