Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across WTX/NM
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and field personnel
- Coordinate daily operations with internal teams to ensure service expectations are met
- Support field employees with job performance, expectations, and issue resolution
- Monitor and reinforce safety practices, policies, and compliance in the field
- Conduct site visits to maintain visibility with both clients and employees
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with employee management, including evaluations, coaching, and placement
- Coordinate with recruiting to ensure qualified personnel are submitted to clients
- Ensure company policies are followed, including vehicle usage and field expectations
- Assist with logistics such as employee movement, site needs, and operational support
Requirements
- Oil & gas industry experience required
- Strong safety background (HSE, field safety, or safety leadership experience preferred)
- Experience working directly with field personnel (operators, technicians, or similar roles)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently to job sites (up to 2+ hours one way as needed)
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
