    Thief River Falls Public Schools has an opening for a Manufacturing and Constructions Careers Teacher at Lincoln High School beginning in the 2026-2027 school year.     Duties:

    • Plan, organize and teach a competency based CTE program in manufacturing and construction careers
    • Lead students to develop skills specific to manufacturing and construction careers by using a variety of techniques that include both academic and technical content
    • Show students how to apply classroom knowledge through hands-on activities
    • Demonstrate and supervise the safe and proper use of tools and equipment
    • Monitor students' progress, assign tasks and grade assignments
    • Develop and enforce rules and safety procedures

     

    Qualifications:

    • Working knowledge of a variety of manufacturing related skills and concepts
    • Experience in teaching manufacturing and construction careers
    • Ability to interact with students and staff
    • Strong organizational, time management and record keeping skills
    • Ability to address a wide range of needs for all types of learners
    • Proper MN licensure (as defined by PELSB)

     

    Pay/Benefits:

    • Salary Range: $34,275 - $61,195 (based on education and experience)
