What you'll do
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions
- Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams
- Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms
- Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts
- Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow
- Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support daily operations
- Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality

What you bring

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Medical terminology or insurance knowledge is helpful but not required — we train you
Schedule
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week, based primarily at our Plano, TX location. Candidates should be comfortable with a rotating weekend schedule and the possibility of occasional training at a nearby FST facility.
