Key Responsibilities:
EPC Key Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships of key EPC accounts.
- Act as the primary commercial interface for assigned EPC customers.
- Define and execute strategic account plans to ensure sustainable growth and long‑term value creation.
- Understand the evolving needs of EPCs and tailor Yokogawa’s offerings to meet their specific project requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in EPC, project managers, engineering teams, and consultants.
- Improve customer relationship with Spanish Major EPC’s
- Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for all Y-Products, Systems & DES business-related matters.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
Market Insights & Reporting:
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, providing feedback and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress reports, and analysis to track business performance and key metrics of EPCs.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate internally to ensure alignment on client requirements, product offerings, and overall business objectives.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at EPCs and project stakeholders.
- Promote synergy sales of other Yokogawa Products, Solutions and Services.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM matters. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management preferably including EPCs business.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and winning projects with EPCs.
- Good knowledge of Instrumentation, DES & Systems
- Skills:
- Excellent understanding of EPC project life cycles, from design to commissioning.
- Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience with complex contracts negotiation
- Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Other Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
