Position Summary:
Unison Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate the client and stakeholder experience across our behavioral health organization. This role is essential in fostering a culture of quality, respect, and clear communication while ensuring services are delivered with empathy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, has understanding of HIPAA and Privacy Laws, and is passionate about improving experiences for clients, families, referral sources, and staff.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights:
- Lead and oversee customer experience initiatives that promote compassionate, client-centered care.
- Implement, and monitor service standards to ensure consistent quality.
- Address client feedback, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve workflows and service delivery.
- Train and support staff on customer service best practices and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Experience in customer experience, patient services, or healthcare operations.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the community health setting is a preferred.
