Responsibilities

  • Compliance: OSHA, HIPAA & state radiation training
  • Procurement: Working with our preferred vendors, price analytics, lab analytics, and equipment preventative maintenance training
  • Training back-office staff on clinical procedures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Dental Assistant experience is required
  • Lead RDA/EFDA experience is a plus
  • Must hold an active Texas RDA license and a valid Radiology certification
  • Open to travel as needed
  • Knowledge of state-by-state regulations
  • Experience with back-office functions, including sterilization, medication ordering, and infection control
  • Understanding of Texas Radiation and Dental OSHA regulations, operator training, and scheduling equipment performance evaluations
