Tnemec Company, Inc., a leader in high-performance coatings, is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Filling Technician to join our team.  What You’ll Do



As a Filling Technician, you’ll play a key role in preparing our high-quality coating products for shipment. You’ll ensure the right materials are packaged correctly, safely, and efficiently—helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect from Tnemec.



Your day-to-day will include:




  • Preparing and cleaning containers for product filling

  • Setting up pumps and filters to safely fill containers by weight (based on batch instructions)

  • Operating and maintaining filling equipment and tanks

  • Palletizing and labeling finished products for warehouse or shipment

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area

  • Accurately recording production and labor details

  • Collaborating with team members and suggesting process improvements

  • Following all safety guidelines, including HMIS safety protocols





 What We’re Looking For



We’re seeking someone who is:




  • Physically capable – able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in warmer conditions (up to 105°F)

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment

  • Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator

  • A team player with a great attitude and a willingness to learn
