Description

Are you looking for a part-time position in a modern, welcoming facility that enriches lives and strengthens community? Join our team at Blue Valley Recreation as a Weekend Part-Time Membership Services Agent and play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests.

This role includes mornings, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.
To be considered, applicants must be available to work both weekdays (not every shift) and weekends. 

Starting Pay: $15 per hour.

 

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude

Assist in the membership registration process, including providing information on available membership options and fees

Answer inquiries and provide accurate information about facility programs, services, and policies

Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately

Maintain accurate records and databases of member information

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving member concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Assist with facility tours, ensuring that visitors are informed about the center's amenities and features

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the membership services area

Qualifications


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a sometimes fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills, experience with membership management software and cash handling systems is a plus but not required.

Knowledge of recreation center programs and services is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, Saturday and Sunday
