Seeking qualified, full-time Property Book Support Specialist at JTC Zarqa, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform all essential duties as directed by management, regulations, policies, instructions and the Performance Work Statement.

Your Impact
- Conducts property transactions on behalf of the Property Book Officer (PBO) to ensure accurate accountability and compliance with Army regulations and local policies.
- Controls the efficient flow of property information, documentation, and transactions from point of origin through final placement to meet unit and customer requirements.
- Ensures customer service, accuracy, and timeliness objectives are met within established constraints while supporting organizational readiness and financial stewardship.
- Executes and continuously improves standard logistics processes, including GCSS‑Army property book operations, data collection, causative research, and integration of supporting systems such as DST, AESIP, FMSWeb, and eFLIPL.
- Prepares and maintains all required Government forms (e.g., DD 250, DA 3161) and supporting documentation in accordance with Army regulations.
- Performs causative research using AESIP, FMSWeb, and GCSS‑Army to identify root causes of discrepancies, correct accounting errors, and ensure audit readiness.
- Assists the PBO with new equipment fielding, accountability requirements, and coordination with gaining units.
- Identifies items for small‑purchase programs (e.g., GPC) and determines accountability requirements to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Provides specialized expedited assistance for sensitive circumstances, including BLUEBARK shipments, in accordance with DTR Part IV, 410‑E.
- Integrates lessons learned from customers, logistics systems, and operational requirements to improve property accountability processes.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to meet program requirements.

Required Qualification
- Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date
- Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.
- Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.

Additional Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance.
- Minimum of three (3) years of U.S. Army Property Book experience within the last seven (7) years.
- Hands‑on experience with GCSS‑Army at the property book level is required.
- Working knowledge of Decision Support Tool (DST), Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), FMSWeb, and eFLIPL.
- Graduate of a logistics MOS‑producing school (e.g., 92Y, 920A) or equivalent from another branch of service preferred.
- Experience preparing and processing Army property documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to conduct detailed research, analyze data, and resolve complex property accountability issues.
- Must possess excellent work ethic, strong verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to write correspondence in military format (e.g., Army Writing Style, AR 25‑50).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of entering, retrieving, and cross‑referencing data across multiple systems.
- Must be willing to attend and complete required training associated with job responsibilities.
- Cross‑training with other contracted positions may be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This is not a supervisory position.
Security Responsibilities
- Must possess an active Secret clearance.
- Must comply with all company and DoD information systems security policies and procedures.
- May be responsible for proper classification, handling, and safeguarding of sensitive information.
- Must sign a company non‑disclosure agreement prior to accessing controlled information.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
- Valid state driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain certifications for equipment operation as required (e.g., forklifts, ATVs, NSCVs, Bobcats, GMVs, 15K trucks).
- Certifications in PBUSE or S‑PBUSE are beneficial but not required.
Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills
- Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret complex requirements and communicate findings clearly.
- Must be able to calculate figures, percentages, and interpret data outputs.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Must meet CENTCOM deployment health standards.
- All new hires must process through the CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) at Fort Bliss, TX, and be approved for deployment, including receipt of required PPE.
- Must be able to lift and/or move at least 50 pounds.
- Work environment may include fast‑paced operations, multiple concurrent tasks, and strict deadlines.
