Position Summary
Puget Sound ENT is a well-established, physician-led otolaryngology practice serving the greater Seattle area. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative clinical environment.
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into integrated allergy services to provide comprehensive airway care for our patients. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to play a key role in launching and supporting a new allergy and immunology program within our practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys patient education, procedural care, and program development in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the RN include, but are not limited to:
- Administer and monitor:
- Allergen immunotherapy injections (SCIT)
- Sublingual immunotherapy support (SLIT)
- Perform:
- Skin prick and intradermal allergy testing
- Patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond to allergic emergencies (including anaphylaxis)
- Educate patients on allergy conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Assist in developing clinic workflows, protocols, and quality standards
- Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, and administrative staff
- Display professionalism at work and in the community as a representative of the Center
Education/Experience
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current State licensure and BLS accreditation (ACLS preferred)
- Experience in allergy, immunology, ENT or outpatient procedural care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
- Ability to manage high-volume clinic flow efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
