Power Generation Operations Manager

Compensation contingent on experience and skills with salary + incentives. 


Curtis Power Solutions, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for an Operations Manager at our location in our Syracuse, NY location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage department profitability through labor utilization, cost control, and financial analysis

  • Oversee technician performance, staffing levels, and training

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for parts and services

  • Oversee administrative functions including work orders, billing, and warranty claims

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and power generation service standards

  • Collaborate with other departments to drive overall branch success

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in operations or service management, preferably in the power generation industry

  • Strong financial, leadership, and customer service skills

  • Experience with repair order workflows and warranty claim processes

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
