  • HRCM Lead: Take the reins of Covenant Health’s Human Resource Capacity Management (HRCM) program. You will be the go-to expert for support, training, troubleshooting, and identifying innovative solutions.

  • Strategic Advisor: Partner with leaders to align business goals with talent strategies.

  • Culture Champion: Foster a collaborative environment where high-quality resident care and employee satisfaction go hand-in-hand.
