Requirements
What You’ll Do:
As a Property Inspector, you are the final quality check before a guest’s arrival. Your work ensures every home meets RealJoy’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation. You will:
- Travel between vacation rental properties in your assigned territory
- Inspect homes for cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness
- Test household items such as TVs, remotes, drawers, doors, faucets, and appliances
- Confirm all guest-promised amenities and supplies are present and properly staged
- Perform minor maintenance fixes when possible
- Report larger maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate teams
- Prepare homes for guest and owner arrivals
- Manage inventory, staging, and supply restocking
- Deliver essential items to guests when needed
- Your attention to detail directly shapes the guest experience and owner satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking dependable team members who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Comfort with light maintenance tasks and problem solving
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Experience in property management, housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality is a plus—but not required.
