Position: Curriculum Coordinator (Elementary/Early Childhood)

Location: Central Office

Criteria: Must have on or before the advertised deadline, a valid Louisiana Teaching certificate.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree or higher

• Five (5) years successful experience as a Pre-K classroom teacher

Duties:

• Serve as a Lead Agency contact for the LP Early Childhood Community Network

• Provide support and coaching for Pre-K teachers

• Provide professional development for public school Pre-K teachers and for Birth to Five teachers at Type III child care centers

• Assist in managing all aspects of the Pre-K application and lottery

• Manage the CLASS portal for the LP Early Childhood Community Network

• Manage all aspects involving external local CLASS observers

• Conduct CLASS observations
