Position Summary: The Property Management Coordinator supports the daily operations of residential or commercial properties by assisting with special projects, ensuring property compliance, and maintaining overall property readiness.
Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in property management, maintenance, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable transportation and ability to work 12pm – 8pm shifts
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Assist with special property management projects, including furniture moving, unit setup, and general property preparation
- Conduct routine property inspections during evening hours (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues, and report findings to management
- Support overall property operations to maintain clean, safe, and move-in-ready units
- Coordinate with team members and vendors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain organization of property assets and equipment circumstances of change, be flexible and able to make quick and appropriate decisions.
- Execute job responsibilities cooperatively as a fellow team member.
- Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture or equipment
- Ability to walk properties and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods while inspecting properties.
- Must be able to reach, bend and stoop as needed.
