Job Description

Position Summary:   The Property Management Coordinator supports the daily operations of residential or commercial properties by assisting with special projects, ensuring property compliance, and maintaining overall property readiness.

 

Pay Rate: The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in property management, maintenance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to lift and move furniture or equipment as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work 12pm – 8pm shifts
  •  

 

Expectations & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with special property management projects, including furniture moving, unit setup, and general property preparation
  • Conduct routine property inspections during evening hours (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM) to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
  • Identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues, and report findings to management
  • Support overall property operations to maintain clean, safe, and move-in-ready units
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain organization of property assets and equipment circumstances of change, be flexible and able to make quick and appropriate decisions.
  • Execute job responsibilities cooperatively as a fellow team member. 
  • Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

 

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move furniture or equipment
  • Ability to walk properties and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods while inspecting properties.
  • Must be able to reach, bend and stoop as needed.
