RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients
• Develops and deepens understanding of relevant clients and their needs
• Contributes to client satisfaction with Ipsos by constantly applying high quality standards and
delivering excellence in a timely fashion
• Always critically analyzes input from client & think together with your manager
People
• Works effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers
• Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes
Research
• Builds experience in core market research skills and use them to support the design, management,
and delivery of projects
• Demonstrates understanding of questionnaire/discussion guide, scripts, and tab specs
• Coordinates operational tasks & suppliers involved in the project
• Controls the quality of the research data obtained and their consistency with the project
Finances
• Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal Finances processes
• Begins to demonstrate an understanding of project budgets and profitability and what impacts them
Communication
• Communicates effectively to maintain a favorable working relationship
• Understands the need for and use different communication styles and methods according to the
‘audience’ or the message
