This role is essential to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our on‑premises and hybrid hardware platforms. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, provide deep technical expertise, and guide best practices in hardware lifecycle management and infrastructure operations.nnDuties & ResponsibilitiesnnArchitect, deploy, and maintain endpoints, storage, and network hardware across multiple clients.nOversee hardware lifecycle management, including improving, maintaining, and expanding the asset management system, as well as managing upgrades, patching, and end‑of‑life transitions.nEnsure high availability and optimal performance of physical infrastructure through proactive monitoring, testing, and tuning.nDevelop, document, and enforce hardware standards and governance processes.nIntegrate hardware platforms with virtualization, backup, and monitoring systems.nTroubleshoot and resolve complex hardware‑related issues, including performance bottlenecks and system failures.nProvide mentorship and technical leadership to engineering staff and cross‑functional teams.nLead and coordinate infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery.nSupervise and guide the Infrastructure Hardware team, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of configured and repaired hardware and assets.nnnRequired Qualificationsnn5+ years of experience in infrastructure or hardware engineering (preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment).nSecurity+ certification (required).nStrong understanding of hardware architecture, server components, storage systems, and networking fundamentals.nExperience with hardware diagnostics, performance tuning, and system integration.nnnDesired QualificationsnnExperience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).nFamiliarity with cloud‑connected or hybrid hardware environments.nKnowledge of NIST 800‑171 and/or NIST 800‑53.nMicrosoft certifications or equivalent infrastructure‑related credentials.nExperience supporting secure or compliance‑driven environments (e.g., GCC High).nnExport Control Notice: This position may involve access to information subject to U.S. export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
