Our new office in Munich is the springboard for our EMEA expansion. We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy professional with a strong affinity for sales, who will advise our customers on complex solutions and ensure their technical success.

The Highlight: Your Onboarding in the USA 

We invest heavily in your technical expertise. Your onboarding process is uniquely structured:

  1. Munich (Start): You will spend your first few weeks at our Munich office to get to know the team and the basics.
  2. Houston, Texas (Deep-Dive): Next, you will fly to our headquarters in Texas for 4 weeks of intensive training. (Flights, hotel, and per diem will be fully covered)
  3. Munich (Consolidation): Back in Munich, you will work on-site at the office for another 3 months until you are absolutely confident handling our systems.

Hybrid Model & Perspective: After successful completion of the onboarding phase, we will transition into a hybrid model allowing 1 - 2 remote days per week.

Your Tasks (50/50 Split) 

You are the central interface between technology and sales - a demanding position that combines technical Tier-2 knowledge with pre-sales consulting:

  • 50% Technical Support (Tier 1 & 2): Your core focus. You will analyze and resolve deep technical issues regarding digital signage, media player hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows, Android, Linux). With every ticket you solve, you actively improve our knowledge base.
  • 50% Pre-Sales & Onboarding: You will support the sales team with technical expertise during the sales cycle, conduct specialized product demos, and guide strategic customers through their onboarding phase.

Voice of the Customer: You will identify recurring technical trends or customer requests and structure this feedback to pass directly to our product team in the US.
