growing and we're looking for a resourceful, organized, and proactive Part-Time Office Support Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in the details, loves being the person everyone counts on, and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. 

 
We are looking for someone to work out of our Tualatin office Monday through Friday, for 15-20 hours per week. The ideal schedule is 3-4 hours per day, starting mid-morning.  


What You'll Do

  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages 
  • Coordinate team food orders and manage recurring meal and snack deliveries 
  • Pick up meals, groceries, and other office supplies as needed 
  • Keep the kitchen, pantry, and common areas stocked and well-organized, and ensure kitchen appliances are cleaned regularly 
  • Order and restock office groceries, snacks, beverages, and supplies on a regular cadence 
  • Assist with general office organization, tidying, and light administrative tasks 
  • Support the team with ad hoc errands and day-to-day office needs 

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently 
  • Great communicator — you'll be coordinating with team members regularly 
  • Comfortable using apps and tools for ordering, tracking, and communication (Google Workspace, Slack, delivery platforms, etc.) 
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for pick-ups and errands 
  • Prior office, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
