The Impact You Will Make
BPI is looking for a Director of Product to manage products at the intersection of advertising, communications and analytics to keep us on the leading edge. This is not your typical product management role – you will be extremely hands-on in analyzing data, building working prototypes, and directly using the tools you build to deliver outputs for clients to understand what’s working. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited about tackling new challenges across disciplines using the latest tools and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Work with new tech platforms and data sources to evaluate their capabilities, identify how they can solve business problems and fit into our existing data stack, and develop products that get them in the hands of our team
- Build prototypes for new tools and products, working independently and with other internal teams, and then use those prototypes to evaluate what we need to build a production-grade application
- Manage analysts focused on product development work
- Engage directly with key stakeholders across our team and clients to understand what’s working and shape product roadmaps
- Manage product development across the lifecycle, working with engineering, data science, and other teams and clearly communicating progress and obstacles to leadership
- Develop go-to-market strategies for internal and external products and build buy-in for our products as an enthusiastic advocate
