JOB SUMMARY


Developing and maintaining digital solutions used primarily within EMEA but also regularly on a global scale. Range of tasks include: Leading high-impact projects and presenting them to higher management, Advanced Power BI reporting initiatives, complex Microsoft Power Platform solution development, data model design and implementation, training users on developed solutions, maintenance and improvement of existing solutions, and mentoring and coaching colleagues on data management and report creation techniques.


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Lead and drive high-impact projects involving Power BI datasets and Power Platform solutions at the EMEA level, with regular involvement in global initiatives.

  • Adopt and investigate new platforms, becoming an expert capable of training colleagues and advocating for these technologies by developing business plans.

  • Demonstrate full independence in managing projects and proactively take initiatives to achieve the best results.

  • Leading and managing process improvement projects across the EMEA region and occasionally on a global scale.

  • Provide training and support on developed solutions or assigned tasks, and offer mentorship to new colleagues.

  • Elaborate and execute cross-functional projects, working effectively with colleagues from other departments.

  • Manage confidential information and setup necessary data security.

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.

  • Provide input for process improvements and implementation of these process changes.

  • Provide support in validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Perform any other additional duties or projects as assigned.


 


SKILLS



  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present and advocate for projects to senior management.

  • Expert knowledge of Power BI, database design and querying.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform, especially in designing and developing Power Apps applications.

  • Ability to work independently, eager to learn, with a can-do mentality.

  • Skilled in gathering user requirements, presenting/demoing releases to end-users, and providing training.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

  • Extensive knowledge of company platforms like Salesforce and SAP.

  • Fluent communication in English; proficiency in Dutch is preferred.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS


Education


Degree in Data Management, Programming or equivalent by experience.

Prior experience is required, and subject matter expertise is a must.
