Purpose of Position: 

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative whose aim is to ensure the best support of our clients for foreign markets.  

He/she will be responsible for all the process from pre to post sales.  

The activities are to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company's products and services.  

This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management and sales support.

Main Activities
  • Orders Management 

  • Complaint and returns management 

  • Credit Notes and active invoices 

  • Contact with clients and keep high quality relationships with them 

  • Contact with foreign colleagues to support foreign orders requests 

  • Contact with forwarders 



Requisitions:
  • Education: Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics 

  • Professional skillsAnalytical skills, time management, client management, order management. 

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in productive / manufacturing industries in the specific role 

  • Language skills: Proficiency in English and German is mandatory. 

  • IT Skills: Good knowledge of the main IT tools.  

  • Soft skills: problem solving, strong aptitude for communication and interpersonal relationships, Openess to change and continuous learning, Propensity for teamwork, Willingness to work in an international context. 



Location: Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites.
 
Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday. You can start your day between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., enjoy a lunch break of 1 to 1.5 hours anytime between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m., and wrap up your workday starting from 5:00 pm while completing a full 8-hour workday.
