Job Summary:
Performs a range of data entry functions in a timely and accurate manner. Performs general clerical duties while providing support to the Customer Service department, including B2C consumers, Optical, Outdoor, and Occupational Safety customers. In this role you will assist customers with selecting and purchasing eyewear, ensure excellent customer service, and help with the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing duties.
Hours: Core operating hours are 8:00 am – 6:30 pm CST. You will be given your schedule by the Senior Customer Service Manager.
Location: On-site in our Frisco, TX facility; Hybrid work available upon completion of classroom training and on-the-job training requirements.
