Summary:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Responsible for establishing and tracking performance metrics, developing workforce related cost savings, and conducting financial, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning all of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

1.A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.

ESSENTIAL:

1.All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the

Ho-Chunk Nation.

2.Must be bondable and hold a gaming license throughout employment.

EXPERIENCE:

3.Minimum of three-years gaming experience.

4.Marketing management experience is preferred.

5.Must have feasibility analysis writing experience.
