Staffing Coordinator CNA

As a Staffing Coordinator CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Staffing Coordinator CNA to join our team. As a Staffing Coordinator CNA, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and placement of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other caregivers to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and placement of CNAs and other caregivers to meet the needs of our residents

  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid and other regulatory requirements

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including staffing patterns and resident care records

  • Communicate effectively with CNAs, other caregivers, and facility management to ensure seamless care delivery

  • Identify and resolve staffing issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification preferred

  • experience in long-term care or healthcare setting a plus

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
