What You'll Do:

• Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move raw materials and support production processes
• Manage raw material inventory by maintaining proper bin levels and ensuring smooth material flow
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized yard and plant area to promote safety and operational efficiency
• Assist with general plant maintenance and upkeep as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture by upholding the company’s core values and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a concrete, aggregate, or construction environment.
• Working knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and vendors.
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach.
• Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders.
• Ability to work primarily outside, with exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather.
