What You'll Do:
- Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders and related heavy equipment to move raw materials and support production processes
- Manage raw material inventory by maintaining proper bin levels and ensuring smooth material flow
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal operation and safety
- Maintain a clean, organized yard and plant area to promote safety and operational efficiency
- Assist with general plant maintenance and upkeep as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Support a positive, team-oriented culture by upholding the company’s core values and safety standards

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment, preferably in a concrete, aggregate, or construction environment.
- Working knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment service and repair manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and vendors.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to safely lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Ability to climb, stoop, bend, squat, lift, stretch, push, pull, twist, kneel, stand, walk, sit, and reach.
- Ability to safely climb up and down stairs and/or ladders.
- Ability to work primarily outside, with exposure to the extremes of hot or cold weather.
