Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT)



Make an Impact at The Arc of the Ozarks



Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who wants your work to truly matter? At The Arc of the Ozarks, we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated, and collaborative PT to join our interdisciplinary team and support individuals with varying diagnoses and disabilities across the lifespan.



This role offers meaningful, hands-on work in clinic, school-based, and community settings, where you’ll help individuals build strength, confidence, and independence.



What You’ll Do





  • Conduct age-appropriate screenings, assessments, and evaluations




  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans




  • Support clients in improving strength, endurance, mobility, balance, coordination, gait, and gross motor skills




  • Recommend and train clients and caregivers on adaptive equipment, orthotics, and environmental modifications




  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members




  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and complete chart reviews




  • Supervise therapy assistants and interns, as applicable




  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education




  • Travel between service locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)





What We’re Looking For





  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy




  • Active Missouri Physical Therapy license in good standing




  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills




  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care




  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture




  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
