CA Lawton is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). This role supports key initiatives across Human Resources and Compliance and plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly.

What is the job?
This position provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the CAO, helping manage priorities across HR and Compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Track projects, deadlines, and key initiatives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications
  • Maintain tracking tools for cross-functional work
  • Follow up with teams to ensure progress and accountability
  • Organize and maintain documentation and records
  • Assist with compliance tracking, audits, and reporting
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
