In the Utility Customer Service (UCS) Department, you will need to provide excellent customer service to all the citizens and staff. You must be able to act independently and proactively to identify and troubleshoot problems and bring issues forward to City Staff. In the UCS department you need to possess strong system analysis, record keeping, data entry, billing processes, account maintenance, and cash handling procedures.

What You’ll Bring
Utility Customer Service:
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years customer service
Senior Utility Customer Service:
- High School diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of experience in utility customer service and billing
Utility Customer Service Billing Analyst:
- High School diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of experience in utility customer service and billing
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
- Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
