What You'll Do:

  • Expect fieldwork with daily local travel in a company vehicle.
  • Opportunity for overtime and weekend work.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, Chillers, and Air Conditioners.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns in the workshop and at customer sites and manage repairs.
  • Capable of working independently or with fellow technicians to install and operate equipment in the field or at the workshop.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Proficiency in calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, interpreting schematics.
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing less than 50 lbs.
  • EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.
  • Willingness to work afterhours and on weekend during peak times.
  • Experience with low temperatures is a plus.
