Job Summary
Delta Center Elementary is seeking two dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a 4th Grade Teacher. This full-time position offers the opportunity to inspire and educate young learners in a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and a sense of community among students.
- Assess student progress through a variety of methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the academic and social success of each student.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, implementing positive discipline strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and trends.
- Communicate regularly with parents through newsletters, meetings, and conferences to keep them informed of their child's progress and school activities.
- Support and implement school-wide initiatives and programs that enhance the educational experience for all students.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting, preferably at the elementary level.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners.
