This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC is currently seeking an Entry Level BIM Piping Detailer who will assist in the day-to-day drawing layout and drawing detailing of all Nash PM BIM Projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Shop Drawings for field instillation
• Prepare Fabrication Spools of Coordinated Systems
• Creation of Trimble/Hilti Total station Point layout files
• Assist in Creation of Revit Families
• Learn to Create and Understand Plumbing and Mechanical System Models

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry Level Position – No Experience Required
• Knowledge of Revit/CAD & Bluebeam Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft office Apps
• Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Organizational/Time Management Skills with the ability to multitask several projects at one time
