Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience in manufacturing environments with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools used for monitoring and reporting production metrics.
WE VALUE
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production technician roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
