Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production flow.
  • Support process improvements and implement best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing environments with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools used for monitoring and reporting production metrics.

WE VALUE

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production technician roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
