We’re hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join our Patent Annuities team in Belgrade!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team of 15 dedicated professionals in our Customer Care department. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and finds everyday communication meaningful. If you bring a friendly attitude, clear and confident communication, and strong problem-solving skills, you’ll feel right at home in this role. Fluency in both Italian and English is essential, along with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and care. The role supports our Italian key clients along with their Italian customer base.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
Proficient level of Italian language
Proficient level of English language
Proficient with MS Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
It would be great if you also have . . .
Previous long-standing business-to-business customer facing experience and strong customer orientation
Basic knowledge of patents and IP
Capability of developing and maintaining positive customer and business relationships, and managing demanding customers
What will you be doing in this role?
Provide professional, efficient, high-quality service to a portfolio of key customers, Italian law firms and corporations on a day-to-day basis
Collaborate with all areas of the business where/when necessary to meet customer expectations by ensuring adherence to the agreed or required service levels
Guarantee customers receive a professional, efficient and courteous response to queries
Ensure that customer profiles are kept up to date to provide the relevant areas of the business with current information
Assist team members with additional workloads as deemed necessary by business/customer needs
Occasionally be responsible for managing projects as assigned for existing customers

This is a full-time position, CET working hours. This is a hybrid position working in the office for a minimum of 3 days every other week.
