Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Analyst to join our team at Hurlburt Field, FL . In this role you will get to provide support to the US Air Force. Contingent upon funding, anticipated for 01/2026.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct administrative functions for joint EMSO and EW education programs, including registrar duties, student management, and coordinating IT and facility access.
· Track and manage training activities using the LMS, ensuring training compliance and documentation.
· Define and assess formal EMS training programs, including content development for Joint Professional Military Education (JPME).
· Support course accreditation activities and ensure alignment with policy and learning objectives.
· Research and gather EMSO-related data to support exercise scenario development and EMS intelligence functions.
· Maintain and update EMSO Modeling and Simulation (M&S) databases to support CCMD/Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC) activities.
· Operate and troubleshoot federated models and simulations during Tier 1 exercise execution.
· Collect and analyze exercise data to support assessments, after-action reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.
· Provide administrative and technical support to JEWC, JEC, and CCMD JELC activities, maintaining relevant data and documentation.
· Design and implement evaluation frameworks for education and training programs, analyzing outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
· Draft and develop policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that translate leadership intent and vision into actionable frameworks aligned with governance and compliance requirements.
· Organize and lead working groups focused on education, training, and operational planning, fostering stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
· Articulate organizational vision and purpose to external partners and customers through effective communication strategies and impactful presentations.
Qualifications:
· Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in EMSO or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
· Minimum of 5 years of experience using Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
· Basic understanding of instructional systems design (ISD) principles.
· Basic understanding of course certification and accreditation procedures.
· Experience supporting exercises, data analysis, and operational reporting.
Preferred Skills:
· Prior support to Joint Staff or Combatant Command EMSO/EW activities.
· Experience supporting M&S databases or federated simulations.
· Familiarity with Joint Event Lifecycle (JELC) processes.
· Experience with RF analysis tools and methodologies.
· Prior experience in stakeholder engagement with external partners or customers.
