Job Description:
An Executive Assistant provides top-level support to senior leaders through expert calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential communications. Skilled in using productivity and project management tools, with strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities and schedules.
- Manages complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements with precision and discretion.
- Prepares agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Screens and manages communications, acting as a professional liaison between executives, staff, and external partners.
- Oversees expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Qualification:
- 7+ years of executive support experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Monday.com, Jira, and Office 365/Outlook for scheduling, coordination, and communication.
- Strong in Excel and data analysis; able to create and present detailed reports
- People-centric with excellent rapport-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communicator with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Analytical and decisive, skilled in identifying trends, resolving issues, and prioritizing critical tasks.
- Expert in calendar management, meeting documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
