JOB SUMMARY:

A Service Advisor is responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. They manage the relationship between the customer and service department. Relaying the customers' repair needs onto paper for the technicians to accurately diagnose and repair the vehicle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedules service appointments for customers
  • Keeps track of the service schedule 
  • Updates customers on their service machine progress
  • Clearly communicates customer’s repair needs to the technicians for repair 
  • Remind customers of upcoming service intervals for future service appointments
  • Scheduling technicians service work
  • Assist service department in maintaining a smooth and efficient department with a high degree of customer service
  • Open and close repair orders and perform cashier duties as needed to check customer out


SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE:

  • Must have experience in the powersports industry 
  • Outstanding Customer Service -  we need someone who values customer service as much as we do!
  • Understands basic engine and electrical operations to clearly relay information to customer
  • Strong conversation and phone skills
  • Attention to detail, organized and ability to prioritize
  • Highly motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to multi-task while being courteous and positive
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take initiative to help the team & improve efficiency within the company 
  • Dependable, honest and enthusiastic and an Excellent TEAM player
