Your New Role
Are you an experienced change leader ready to operate at enterprise scale, during a period of genuine transformation?
As Group Change Lead, Enterprise Group, you’ll play a pivotal role during one of the most significant periods of change the organisation has seen in many years. Reporting to the Principal, Enterprise Delivery in the Strategy & Corporate Affairs (SCA) domain, you’ll lead change across a broad, complex and highly visible portfolio of initiatives spanning Platforms, Agile transformation, AI‑enabled change, and enterprise‑wide uplift.
This is not a siloed role. You’ll work across diverse stakeholder groups, including Executive leaders, helping shape strategy, coach sponsors, and ensure change is not only delivered, but adopted, embedded and sustainable. The scope ranges from multi‑year, large‑scale programs through to smaller, fast‑moving initiatives, requiring a leader who understands how scale changes the change approach.
You’ll also play a critical role in lifting the Fund’s overall change capability, contributing to the evolution of the Enterprise Change Practice, frameworks and ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and shape change across a diverse enterprise portfolio, balancing multiple concurrent programs and initiatives
- Provide strategic change advice to senior leaders, coaching them to be effective and accountable change sponsors
- Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing team of change practitioners (circa 10), ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes
- Design and deliver change strategies that consider people impacts, interdependencies and readiness at scale
- Embed change management activities into project and program delivery, measuring adoption and benefits realisation
- Uplift enterprise change capability by contributing to frameworks, tools and best practices across the organisation
What You’ll Need
- Extensive experience leading complex, multi‑stream change programs in large organisations
- Proven leadership experience managing and coaching senior change practitioners
- Deep understanding of change methodologies and how people transition through change
- Strong executive‑level stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Experience operating across large‑scale and smaller initiatives concurrently, adapting approach accordingly
- A strategic mindset with exposure to platform, agile and AI‑enabled transformation
- Relevant qualifications in change management or related disciplines (ADKAR / Prosci highly regarded)
- Ability to operate calmly, decisively and pragmatically in high‑pressure, high‑visibility environments
