We’re now accepting resumes for a Full-Time Professional Leasing Agent—someone who communicates like a pro (both written and verbal), understands or can quickly learn Fair Housing laws, and brings experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality. If you're a quick learner with a growth mindset and a positive attitude, we already like you.

At RBM Management, we offer top‑notch apartments, standout amenities, and customer service that makes an impression. As our Leasing Agent, your days will be filled with:

• Touring the community and apartments and showing prospective residents why our property is the place to be
• Guiding applicants through the leasing process and making it simple and enjoyable
• Preparing move-in documents to welcome new residents smoothly
• Delivering exceptional service to both current and future residents

Schedule: Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM) with required weekend availability
Preferred Experience: One year of leasing experience
