SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVE – AUTOMOTIVE

Full-Time | Hourly + Bonus

Overview

Subaru South Charlotte is hiring a Service BDC Representative to support our high-volume service department. This role focuses on inbound/outbound communication, appointment scheduling, and driving customer retention. This is a performance-driven position with clear expectations and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, and emails

• Schedule and confirm service appointments

• Follow up on missed appointments, declined services, maintenance intervals, and recalls

• Re-engage inactive customers to drive retention

• Document activity in CRM/DMS (CDK preferred)

• Coordinate with Service Advisors for a smooth experience

Performance Expectations

• High daily activity (calls, texts, emails)

• Appointment setting and show rate accountability

• Consistent follow-up and task completion

• Team-focused, results-driven mindset

Compensation

• Hourly base + performance-based bonuses

• Bonus tied to appointments set & shown and productivity

• Paid through payroll (W2)

Qualifications

• BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred

• Automotive experience is a plus
