Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant

We're looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. What You'll Do

  • Connect with business owners through professional, in-person outreach

  • Present supplemental insurance solutions that bring clarity and peace of mind

Qualifications

  • 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role

  • Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required)

  • Dependable, organized, and self-motivated

  • Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales

  • State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)
