Responsibilities
Your role will be required to effectively communicate, be attentive to safety protocols to provide assistance in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Willow Bridge Property Company’s quality customer satisfaction standards.
- Assist patrons with signing in to the pool.
- Supervise the patrons as they utilize the pool.
- Be fully aware and attentive at all times while on duty.
- Control and report unruly behavior of individuals not adhering to behavior pool protocols
- Perform pool chemical checks to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean pool deck, and furniture to ensure safety from any damages.
- Assist patrons with open swim, swim lessons and pool parties.
- Check safety of rescue tubes and buoys and perform needed maintenance.
Qualifications
Effectively communicate and interact with co-workers, managers, vendors or residents sufficiently to exchange or convey information and to give or receive work direction.
- Basic computer skills (able to operate mobile device, PC).
- Must possess a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, under all circumstances.
- Must have a flexible schedule.
- Work involves considerable exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, chemicals, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.
- Must be willing to work indoor/outdoor environments, in all weather conditions, and potentially hazardous conditions.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Benefits
Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $18 to $19 per hour USD
