The Program Director will serve as focal point for internal Healthcare Vertical Sales Teams teams on project status or other project information. They will ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and according to requirements and expectations. Continuously monitors progress, communicates status. Communicate any potential risks to senior team member and drive the execution of the program. In addition, the Program Director will share knowledge with other capabilities for the consistent understanding of the program. Escalate significant gaps or risks to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and stakeholders for visibility and timely decision-making. Reinforce alignment to Infor's top priorities, assisting functional teams in prioritizing their business roadmaps. Assist Healthcare Sales teams to establish knowledge processes to operationalize, maintain, and sustain strategic initiatives within the healthcare business.

Experience in Project and Program Management software tools and methodologies.
