Chapel Hill 7th and 8th Grade Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Wrestling Coach to lead our boys and girls wrestling teams. The coach will be responsible for developing student-athletes in grades 7 and 8 by teaching the fundamentals of wrestling, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline, and fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

 

The Wrestling Coach will plan and conduct practices, prepare athletes for competitions, and collaborate with the athletic department to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Additional responsibilities include supervising student-athletes during practices and meets, maintaining equipment, coordinating transportation and logistics, and communicating effectively with athletes, families, and school staff.

 

The ideal candidate will serve as a positive role model, emphasizing academic achievement, personal growth, and respect both on and off the mat, while representing Chapel Hill 7th and 8th Grade Center with pride in all competitions.
