Your next challenge: 

We are seeking an
entrepreneurial Team Head and Senior Relationship Manager with a corporate banking orientation to lead one of our
European teams based in Geneva. In this pivotal role, you will drive the
management and expansion of client relationships within the European markets. Your
key responsibilities will include strategically strengthening existing client
accounts, acquiring new relationships, and delivering exceptional service to
our Private Banking clients and professional partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships with a dedicated focus on European markets, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and addressed effectively.
  • Overseeing and managing the performance and development of one of the European teams in Geneva.
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Conducting regular team meetings, setting goals, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the front-line team, including managing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with specified risk parameters.
  • Provide advisory services on a wide range of products and services, including securities trading, mortgage and Lombard loans.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall client experience.

Your skills: 

  • Ability to set a clear vision and direction for the team, aligning goals with organizational objectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate goals, expectations, and feedback to team members.
  • Relevant experience with UHNWI clients. A background in corporate banking, whether through education or practical experience, is considered an asset.
  • Broad network and strong business development skills in the financial industry
    University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and work efficiently.
  • Strong IT skills, preferably with advanced Avaloq knowledge.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
