The Role
As our Executive Sous Chef, you’ll be leading the culinary operation, ensuring consistent quality, strong execution, and a well-trained, motivated kitchen team.
You’ll be hands-on, service-driven, and deeply involved in maintaining standards while helping drive food cost control and guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily kitchen operations across all outlets and events
- Lead line execution, prep, and production during service periods
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
- Train, coach, and supervise culinary team members
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
- Enforce sanitation, food safety, and health compliance standards
- Step in for the Executive Chef as needed with confidence and command
- Be present—in the kitchen, on the line, and with your team
