Your role

You will be responsible for end-to-end product growth and performance - from hypothesis generation to measurable results in key metrics.

What you need to join us

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in product IT companies

  • Strong understanding of mobile industry trends and user acquisition mechanisms

  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests

  • Experience working with web2app funnels and a deep understanding of the user journey - from creative to in-app conversion

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)

  • Understanding of use cases and user stories, and experience translating them into tasks for technical teams

  • Experience optimizing marketing and product metrics

  • Understanding of different monetization models

  • Data-driven decision-making mindset

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience with organic channels (email, CRM, SMM)

  • Experience in AI / SaaS / mobile products

  • Experience working with large budgets

  • Experience in product-led growth and experimentation culture
